Care and cleaning?

Although we use only UV resistant epoxy resin we still highly recommend keeping the art out of direct sunlight to prevent yellowing. If the art gets dusty gently wipe with a microfibre cloth and water.

Damaged art during shipment?

Although we strive to pack all artwork professionally to protect against damage during shipping, accidents can happen during shipping. If your art arrives with significant damage:

- Take detailed photos of the exterior box/packaging as well as damaged artwork

- Email photos and your name and order # to: resinartbymariah@gmail.com

- We will review the photos and reply to you with further instructions.

- Any claims for damages without supporting photos cannot be honored, we need proof of damage in order to file claims with our shippers.

- Upon approval of a damage claim, we will provide replacement art or a refund, at our discretion.

 Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to the US and Canada at the moment.

Hanging and framing the art?

We recommend having the art pieces be hung and framed by professionals. The larger pieces can be quite heavy. We do not offer framing as frame preferences can vary from client to client.
